SpringHill Suites by Marriott Scranton Montage Mountain

Pros: Our room was very clean, big and comfortable, as in the pictures. Very spacious bathroom and furniture and beds are well maintained, very recommended stay. Free parking space is appreciated and the staff at the check in/out and breakfast staff were very kind. However we encountered a very rude, unhelpful and unpolite man staff member at the reception probably working over the night shift (two different persons from our group talked to him independently in the early morning and felt misstreated). Apart from that, a great over night stay.

Great family friendly comfortable hotel with great staff!

Pros: The location was perfect, room was very big and comfortable plenty of room for a family. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Jamie on the front desk was a true star going above and beyond! Breakfast was great with a large selection and very helpful staff. A real family vibe.

Cons: Nothing!

It was a great stay with a fantastic location for seeing everything in the surrounding areas.

Pros: The location was perfect for the area and the staff was more than helpful in anything we needed during our stay.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people that were staying at the hotel. And there wasn't enough seating for how many people were there during the hours of breakfast.

Great Hotel

Pros: Good sized rooms for a family of 4, with an additional lounge/sitting area. Large closet. Very clean. Could have stayed longer.

Cons: Staff were a little run off their feet for the busy time of year and took a while to get to requests.

Overall it was good

Pros: Only not happy with breakfast, expecting little more. Like hotdogs or sausage etc.

Pros: Very clean and comfort. Also nice and friendly service.

Great value for money

Pros: The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great. Our room was upgraded.

Cons: The swimming pool area could be cleaner. And our room carpet was not properly cleaned either.

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t great, and there were a lot of stains all over our room

Pros: I like the breakfast options and the server was very friendly and did amazing keeping everything refreshed.

Cons: I don't like that housekeeping doesnt empty your trash or even provide the rooms with trash bags. I had one ice bag to use for 4 days. And I had to go to the front desk twice to pick up toilet paper. I didnt like that we wasnt given enough clean towels as well. We had 6 people and only had 4 towels.

Absolutely the best

Pros: Staff is the best They allowed me for extra two hours late checkout
