Pros: Closest hotel to the airport. With the hotel shuttle, it takes only a few minutes. Staff is helpful. My room is spotless. Since I have an early flight, I missed the breakfast!

Pros: Great staff! Had trouble with the payment, due to problems with their card reader, employees have been so helpful and we luckily managed to resolve the issue! Bed's are comfortable as well!

Cons: Lowest fan setting on the AC is still very loud

Perfect location for touring the Scranton area, and seeing the poconos

Pros: Perfect location right off the highway. Clean and modern rooms with friendly and quick service.

Cons: The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, and a pool would have been great.

Pros: Great location. Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Quiet room as we wanted.

It was clean and neat and offered several amenities. The staff was great.

Pros: We had to leave very early and were given a bag with a small pastry and a granola bar. Its nice being so close to the airport.

Cons: We weren't sure if parking would be free and it turned out to be $75. We parked at the airport since our trip wasn't that long.

Pros: It was New Year's eve, and I was trapped at the airport because no car rental places were open until the next day. But I was received warmly by the BW staff, and it turned out to be a very pleasant evening.
