Great Hotel, Wonderful Staff

Pros: Great hotel, fantastic bed and wonderful staff (thank you to Jesse, Jenn and Mindy who were all terrific). The staff would make me return in a heartbeat.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Breakfast was great, the pool was great and my overall stay was great!

Cons: I like dogs, but not in the hotel with me.

It was pleasant.

Pros: The receptionist at the front desk (I’m so sorry I can’t recall her name at the moment) but she was great. She helped me check in and pay my stay in full. She mentioned that I had an option for bereavement discount but was unable to apply it. But she gave me information should I need it another time. I especially liked that the room was clean and quiet. I have OCD and health issues. I didn’t have to work extra to re-clean a room before I could rest was extremely helpful-especially considering the reason for my travel was stressful enough. I also appreciated that I didn’t run into anyone with pets and that the hotel didn’t have an overall unpleasant smell.

Cons: I would have preferred to have had a corner/end room and better snacks/water upon check in.

Pros: Nice location and perfect room for the family with the three beds. Clean

Cons: Only thing with Breakfast a lot of the food items were not available waiting to be cooked etc. for both morning of my stay.

We experienced a nice stay at a wonderful location.

Pros: The female front desk employee who checked us in on Thursday afternoon was great. She was very professional but customer-friendly. She was very thorough on providing us with the various hotel's amenities. Most importantly, she made my wife and I feel like valued hotel guests.

Pros: חדר נקי, מרווח. ישנו משפחה של חמש נפשות + מזוודות. והיה ממש נעים. מול המלון היו מסעדות נחמדות. הכל היה נח. נהנו מאד

Pros: The breakfast was good, price was reasonable and staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons: The batter for waffle maker is acting up but the staff was very helpful to fix it
