Great spot to stay

Pros: Location, cleanliness and the staff were always so happy and helpful

Cons: We stayed on the top floor near the business lounge and could hear the doors open and close through the night.

Pros: Nice size room, great bed, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, loved the pantry downstairs.

Cons: It is a really big hotel, super busy and the lobby does have a bit of an airport vibe as it is crowded.

Great location and free late checkout

Pros: Great location, especially for Reading Market. Front desk staff friendly and helpful, appreciated the flexibility of a late checkout at no extra charge.

Cons: It was unclear whether breakfast was included, after we checked out we noticed small print suggesting it may have been. Perhaps check in staff could mention breakfast if the rate does include it.

Pros: Good central location for attractions, museums and local restaurants

Cons: Bowling alley as advertised was not available during my stay because of private events

Pros: Centrally located close to everything - Market across the road. Extra high ceilings in the room have a huge sense of space and grandeur. Friendly reception staff Hotel lobby bar served amazing drinks
