Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was friendly and room clean and comfortable.

Pros: Everything was good. Not bad breakfast. Clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. There were always parking spaces.

Cons: Then, when it was breakfast time and we were in a hurry, we had to wait at the coffee machine because the hotel staff kept pouring their own coffee. The first coffee was delicious. Then something broke, and they fixed it right away. And the coffee turned into water. Cloudy water.

Pros: The staff, particularly Izzy, who checked me in and out was exceptionally friendly.

Cons: The housekeepers didn't clean my room on three occasions. The bed was not well-laid. They only come and place towels

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean, the entire hotel is always clean, breakfast buffet was really good and in order. Such a breath of fresh air after staying in Holiday Inm Express in times square
