Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Mt Laurel - Pacilli Place

Quiet & relaxing. Far enough away from main road.

Pros: Dogs allowed. Plenty of parking. Short walk / drive to Cracker Barrel.

Cons: Breakfast was meager. Surprise pet fee.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, great coffee and plenty breakfast options.

Pros: Bardzo miły personel, sympatyczne i pomocne panie w recepcji. Hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji, blisko supermarketu. Hotel posiada pralnię samoobsługową co jest dużym plusem. Myślę, że mogłabym wrócić do tego hotelu.

Cons: Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia. Brak sprzątania.

Pros: The staff was amazing! The room was better than expected. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean.

Cons: We had some issues with the tv remote.

Great place with Great people

Pros: the staff was very accommodating and even through a hiccup, everything was lovely

Pros: Everything was great. Room was clean, bed was comfy, kitchenette was convenient, shower was great.

All & all we had a nice stay at the Hotel.

Pros: The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was very neat & clean upon arrival.

Cons: The room had a kitchen area but there were NO plates, cups, utensils, etc. No sponges to clean with. I have never stayed in a room with a kitchen that did NOT supply the needed items. Paper plates & disposable utensils would have been a great plus. Also, There were 3 adults in our room. We were only given 2 washcloths & 2 hand towels. (There were enough bath towels.)

Affordable and convenient stay

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the doors. The location was great for what we came into town for. The room had everything we needed and I loved how cold the AC got!

Cons: Clearly this place is a little dated. There’s some wear and tear in the room but it wasn’t bad enough that it ruined our stay. For example, the remote for the tv was taped up and had seen better days but it still worked. The bathroom door got caught on the floor making it hard to open/close but again, we could still use it. Nothing seriously enough to make us hate the stay.

Pros: I liked the staff. The front desk person was always smiling and willing to help.

Cons: The stove/oven in my room didn’t work.

Comfortable and a good value.

Pros: Good location. Easy access to area. Good value for the area. Room was clean and comfortable. I found bed was comfortable. Usually, I have trouble with pillows but did not here. I did not make use of the kitchen facilities, but it was nice to have them available.

Cons: My room was right next to the elevator. This caused a little more noise but not bad enough to affect my sleep.
