Great stay in a pinch

Ok for 1 night.

Pros: Free coffee. Gym. Free parking. Silent neighbourhood. Washing mashine.

Cons: The wending machine did not work. No plug in the bathroom.

It was good. I would stay there again. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean & comfy.

Pros: The rug was a bit tattered and there is nothing around there to eat, so you need to Uber or Doordash in, but the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I would definitely give them another try.

Pros: The price and location was amazing. The room was cleaned to a certain degree.

Cons: I always clean again when I arrived the only problem was that the back of the door had fingerprints that looked like dried ketchup. And the people upstairs walked very hard all night I didn't go to sleep until 2am am they woke me up at 6am making noise again.

Overall a wonderful stay

Pros: It’s a very warm feeling environment, very accommodating staff with a great location. You get your money worth for the stay if you get what I’m saying

Pros: The rooms are clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. They come equipped with a full kitchenette (range top, dishwasher).

Cons: I just hope I receive my security deposit back. The room had a few dents and damages that I surely was not responsible for.

Pros: The location to getting around was excellent. The staff was very courteous. The ppl staying the Hitel were also warm n friendly which majes aby stay warm n inviting!

Cons: I wish the Housekeepers were more accommodating in bringing towels ect.. to the room daily. Also, the kitchen supply could've been better.
