Nice find

Pros: I liked the golf course. I liked the staff and how caring and let me be myself. I liked working the tables and taking pics or the groups. They gave me some food to go for my efforts. All-in-all, a nicelocal getaway. I wouldn't mind trying a different room. Thank you.

This is a classic old style resort. Reminded me of the resorts that are now closed Borchst Belt.

Pros: I liked the retro look of the property. Everything was very neat and clean well kept.

Catskill visit

Pros: Everything was told up front. If you needed anything they were promt about bringing it. They had shuttle service. Very polite. Cge king in was sumple.

All in all a relaxing weekend with a friend.

Pros: Free breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Resort needs repairs. Rooms need updating. Gardens need attention to weeds.

Pros: Villa Roma is a beautiful place with entertainment available every day, all day, for people of all ages and interests. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The views are also lovely, the room nice and clean. July of 2025

Family enjoyed stay for wedding in Kenoza.

Pros: Rooms were large and comfortable Property and amenities were nice

Pros: We were impressed with our time there. We loved all the activities and relaxed vibe. Gus in the dining room was wonderful. Loved the Italian heritage presence. It was a pleasant surprise.

Cons: Some cosmetic updates might be needed. Pool bar frozen drink machine down

The beautiful buffet breakfast is awesome

Pros: Love Doc Holiday and Joy. It is a Cruise on land . The tree is gorgeous really gets you in the spirit of Xmas

I enjoyed my short stay. Bed was comfortable I thing I slept in one position

Pros: The front grounds are beautiful as was the lobby. Staff was very courteous. Rodney was very friendly in taking my luggage to room day I arrived and day I left.

Cons: The included breakfast was not to my liking. Pancakes were dry and coffee was awful. If I wanted to get anything at store in lobby, could not use cash. Very inconvenient. Hotel could use an update with rugs, walls need fresh paint and rooms need updating with walls and rugs. Rugs are stained. Phones did not work.
