Pros: Fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again

Cons: Nothing really. The bar wasn’t open one night and the sauna was being renovated. That’s all.

Yailyn was exceptionally helpful upon check in and all the other staff were very nice and helpful through out the whole

Pros: The property was close to a lot of restaurants and not a far walk from soho. It was very clean

Pros: We loved how the property was in Lower East Side - great location. Nice views of the skyline from our room! The hotel was comfortable and clean. We absolutely would stay there again!

Cons: We got stuck in the lift one day around 6am! But we got out in the end and we were fine - we let reception know and they were going to look into it. Would have been good to have more plug sockets in the room (on both sides of the bed) but may have just been our room.

Cons: The mandatory resort fee for the gym, pool and sauna is a bit of a scam. You can’t opt out, and the pool and sauna want available during our stay and there was no discount.

Cons: The rooftop and pool were closed which is disappointing for late fall

Phenomenal

Pros: The staff were amazing, always smiling, helpful and polite. Jimmy at the reception was great. The rooms were spacious, very rare in NYC. Elevators are big and fast. Price was acceptable, location exceptional. Walking distance to Soho shopping and trendy restaurants. But if there is one thing that stands out it's the staff.

This is a great hotel in a great location , great stay!

Pros: This hotel was gorgeous , we had a junior suite and it was perfect for two friends getting ready for a wedding and nights out. There was a separate seating area, closet space , full length mirror , hairdryer , large walk in shower, large bed mini fridge

Cons: Unfortunately the pool was closed so we were really upset by that as we booked this hotel based on using the pool. There could’ve been better lighting in the room when getting ready at night and there was an air con unit that blasted out air every maybe 30 mins so unfortunately for me I was on that side of the bed so ended up unwell because it went into my throat and chest but it was warm when we were there too so it did keep the room cool , maybe if it could’ve been controlled by the guest that may have been better.
