Excellent value, safe and comfortable for those planning to spend most of their time out and about exploring NYC.

Pros: Safe and comfortable in a great location. Reception staff were very welcoming and always happy to assist with enquires. Amazing views of NYC sunrise and sunset.

Cons: Shared areas require some modernisation.

Pros: Great location to the subway, helpful staff, baggage holding, comfy beds

Cons: The sink in my room leaked and some of my toiletries were thrown out during housekeeping

The perfect value for money hotel for any couples staying in New York City

Pros: Location was excellent! The facilities were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee and water offering was also really great.

Cons: The rooms were slightly small and at times the aircon/heater would just turn on automatically but this was definitely not a significant issue

Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Hotel was situated in a nice area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. View of Manhattan skyline from both the room and the rooftop garden were fantastic for the price of hotel.

Cons: Room was very very small so struggled to store cases in. Room was also noisy at night due to the number of nighttime pubs/clubs on the street.

Overall really enjoyed my stay, staff were great especially David and Yasmin.

Pros: Location was great, easy walk to subway or buses. Plenty of variety for eating all within easy access. Room was fine, great view of the city and the views from the rooftop terrace were spectacular.

Cons: No refrigerator in the room or bedside lamps.

Pros: The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Great location to explore from. Roof top area. Luggage storage post check out.

Cons: The rooms were really small (but typical for NYC). No fridge. No coffee facility in the room.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the terrace with a great view at Downtown NYC. Lively neighborhood with many bars, restaurants and shops. Subway just some minutes away.
