Overall, the most important things—cleanliness and comfort were there.

Pros: The room itself was very clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The location was also convenient, with many gas stations, restaurants, and stores nearby. It did seem to be a weekend filled with families and children, which I didn’t mind since I was staying with my own 8-year-old.

Cons: However, we noticed quite a bit of noise while walking through the halls, including screaming and what sounded like pounding on walls coming from several rooms. At one point around 6:45 p.m., the hallway floor was covered in Doritos, which looked like a child had dropped them and they hadn’t been picked up yet. We also experienced several knocks on our room door throughout the day from about 9 a.m. to around 11 p.m. Each time it sounded urgent, but when I checked the door no one was there. I’m not sure if it was kids playing around but it became frustrating. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly, but we weren’t given basic information such as checkout time, breakfast hours, or amenities, which is usually standard during hotel check-in. I’d likely would have given the full 5 stars if check in was more personable & didn’t experience the continuous knock on the door

Pros: We love the hot tub. It was closed that day, but they were kind enough to give me some points so I can come back.

Cons: I enjoy the hot tub in the pool in the free coffee

Pros: loved the breakfast and the room! Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish the pool was open earlier in the morning.

Cons: pool closed in the early morning-would have loved to have used it at 8:00 A.M.

Pros: It was clean and has lots of facilities. The covers were warm.

Cons: The fact that we only picked to stay here because it had a pool and hot tub. The pool was overran with kids that were just let in from any door to the outside by any adult. I believe there should be a quiet time feom 8 to 10 pm for ADULTS ONLY.

Pros: It was so clean! Rooms were nice and large. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was warm and hot tub was very hot.

Cons: Pet area wasn’t accessible because of snow

Cons: The water dispenser was down and the ice machine is located in the laundry room.
