Penn Lodge Hotel & Suites Philadelphia - Bensalem

I am skeptical of staying at certain places, but this hotel feels so homey and the rooms are beautiful.

Pros: It feels quiet and private compared to many other places.

Pros: Clean room, good price, soft pillows, great showers, great heat, quiet area, they decorated a lil for valentines thought that was cute

Cons: No real people talked to a machine, room was smaller than expected,

Pros: The manager Debbie is very nice, friendly, and accommodating as well as ACE, the gentleman at the kiosk.

Pros: Stayed in the executive suite. Great vibes inside. Loved the parking and proximity to Philly suburb malls. Not close to downtown, but I love the skating rink nearby. Would stay again.

Pros: to not be a hotel this place is stopped here. I would definitely stay here again; it was so comfy and conveniently located next to everything. We were out here for my son's birthday and barely had to go more than ten minutes away to get to what he wanted

Cons: The room we were given originally was dirty but they moved us immediately and the irons definitely need to be replaced of cleaned. there was so much calcium buildup. I couldn’t even use it for fear of ruining my clothes.

Pros: The owner Dev and manager Debbie are really nice and accommodating.

Had everything needed for the nigh and very clean

Pros: We stayed in the executive suite which had a small kitchenette and it was perfect. The room was very clean including the sheets and blankets. The bathroom had everything you might for the night with extra towels and travel soaps and lotion. Our overall stay was great. Definitely recommend!

Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and there was a nice shower and plenty of body care products. Had a mini fridge, safe, microwave and mini stove

Cons: From the name i thought it was going to be a hotel not a motel. The outside was run down and needs a lot of attention. Wasn't happy with the price, but at least the rooms were clean and comfortable. My daughters room the air conditioner didn't work properly and there was a hanging lamp that was not wired to a switch or outlet. There was a crack along the full length of the ceiling in both rooms and there was material from it on the bed in my room. Overall, i was satisfied, but would not stay there again with the price i paid

Pros: No breakfast and none expected. Place clean and on our way home. Just what we needed.

Cons: TV not working but we were too tired to watch so didn’t call for help. The manager apologized.

Great place to stay from couples to families.

Pros: We loved everything about our stay. Our room was a studio with a mini kitchenette, king bed, flat screen tv, couch and a nice bathroom. The rooms look newly renovated. The location is great with just being 10 mins from the casino, 5 mins from fast food and diners and 3 mins from the mall.

Cons: Nothing everything was great
