Homewood Suites by Hilton Parsippany-Troy Hills

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable , provided with an AC.

Cons: All my expectations were met.

Pros: The location is good. We had stayed here many times before when it was Sonesta Suites while visiting family in the area. I love the kitchen with large refrigerator. They were remodeling the main area and breakfast area- not a dislike but it was a bit confusing and crowded- temporary I know

Pros: Water did not mix well in the shower. Sink in master bedroom did not drain well

Cons: Plumbing issues

My new place to stay in New Jersey

Pros: It was by far the best hotel in Parsippany. Clean. Comfortable and safe

Pros: Very clean, and comfortable, and bright and cheery decor. Asked for extra blanket and they brought one up.

Cons: Some bad smoke smells in entrance and near elevators. My key didn't work had to be reactivated. Had to ask for extra banket for pull out sofa bed.

A mixed stay, with clean rooms and free parking, but marred by a fire incident and limited breakfast

Pros: There were several aspects of my stay that I truly appreciated. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Walking into a spotless and well-maintained room instantly put me at ease. Another major advantage was the availability of free parking. It not only saved me money but also eliminated the stress of finding a parking spot. Speaking of savings, the hotel offered great value for money, especially given the spacious rooms that came with a plethora of amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size and the added bonus of a fully equipped kitchen. This made it perfect for a short stay as I could easily prepare meals when needed.

Cons: There were a couple of downsides to my experience. Unfortunately, there was a fire incident at the hotel, which resulted in a delayed check-in. While I understand that emergencies happen, it did disrupt our plans and was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast options left something to be desired. While it was included in the stay, I felt that the choices could have been more varied and appealing.

Pros: The young gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful and very polite

Pros: Breakfast was okay. At least there where eggs and a protein. Would be nice if it stayed open til 10:30

Cons: Pull out couch barely fit in the room.. no oven. Wish the bathroom door was more common access instead of bedroom.

I love the Sonesta brand hotels. Breakfast is decent and you get the staples which is always a plus

Pros: Friendly service. The hotel is very quiet and you don’t hear anyone.

Cons: Needs an upgrade. We stayed at other Sonesta hotel around the area and this seems to be the oldest one.

Clean, comfortable hotel.

Pros: Room was very clean. We were impressed with the size and features. Appreciated that the counter and sink were separate from the room with toilet and bath/shower. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good too.

Cons: We could hear the people in the next room. They were playing loud music quite late.
