Comfortable, positive, and nice overall.

Pros: I liked that the gentleman who checked us in was proactive about solving my problems. He was quick, efficient, kind, and considerate. Also, the barman was very nice, and also went above and beyond to help. Overall, we've had a great experience. Also, a gentleman who was cleaning on the ground floor was very considered, caring, and kind.

Cons: I liked everything.

An enjoyable place to unwind after the busyness of work.

Pros: Staff was very personable, attentive and timely. The overall location was in great condition, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee from the Bistro and was happy to work out in the gym.

Thank you Courtyard Parsippany for taking us in!

Pros: We had a prior reservation at another hotel closeby. That hotel informed us upon arrival that due to construction, they had no room for me & my family (despite our confirmed reservation). We came to this area to get ready for an event that we were invited to in the evening. We were scrambling and thankfully upon going to Booking.com, we were able to easily book this property courtyard at PARSIPPANY. What a relief! Especially since we had just completed a 3 Hour drive, and we had an hour to get ready and dressed for the evening event. So we are grateful that this property was able to take us in considering we only booked the reservation last minute given the situation we found ourselves in.. thank you to the staff at Courtyard in Parsippany!

Very attractive hoot

Pros: The room was attractuve, all amenities were present, the staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons: There was no microeave in the room, there was one by the ice machine.

I absolutely loved my stay and I'm planning to stay there again when I come to NJ.

Pros: There were 2 young ladies who came on duty during the 4-12 or 3-11 shift. I had left my cell phone in my brother's car and they did everything in their power to help me locate my brother so that he could return my phone. I will always be greatful to them for their patience and kindness.

Good place to stay

Pros: The person that checked me in was super nice. I think he may have been new because someone else was training him but he was very pleasant and accommodating.

Cons: Room was a tad small and the pull out sofa had no sheets and a stain on it.
