Good value on the outskirts of Morristown

Pros: Spacious 1 bed apartment with good kitchen facilities and full size fridge. Excellent breakfast included and friendly helpful staff.

Esperanza made our stay

Pros: Esperanza who looked after the breakfast was a lovely woman and no matter how early, always had a smile!

Cons: Our room wasn’t cleaned in two weeks and we had to routinely ask for toilet paper and same if towels were needed. Think they could do with additional cleaners

Pros: We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable.

Cons: Lack of vegetables and more healthy options for the breakfast.

Pros: Good location, clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were nice.

Cons: I had a room for 3 people but was only provided enough pillows and towels for 2 people. Had to ask for extras. The phone in the room didn't ring to the front desk. I had to walk all the way in person. The door to the room kept getting stuck and not fit into the frame. You have to push or pull hard for it to close.

Pros: We had lots of space and good value, helpful reception and nice outdoor area with a firepit and a basketball court.

Cons: The pots and pans were not great and it seems the floors are very thin because we would walk across the floor for 5 seconds and the neighbour below would complain and bang on the ceiling. Also the room keys stopped working a lot for some reason.

Pros: 2 bedroom design, features, and amenities were excellent....perfect for 2 couples...lots of privacy with 2 bathrooms

Cons: Breakfast was OK (average)....nothing outstanding in regards to quality and quantity

This review is regarding two different suites.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious! The first two-bedroom king was beautiful!

Cons: After we decided to stay a second night, the second two-bedroom king suite we were assigned to was, SMH-horrible. The refrigerator door looked like someone took a hammer and banged numerous dents in several areas, there was a stain on the rug, missing glasses, cabinets did not close, one bathroom shower floor looked unclean, and the suite smelled. After we alerted the staff that room was not acceptable, their staff was great about taking our disappoint into consideration, and they accommodated us with a discount. As a traveler, I expected all Sonesta suites to live up to the high standards shown in the company's website room photos. However, I was let down to learn that another suite might not be of the highest caliber.

Pros: Amazing and huge lawns and gardens surrounding the hotel! Near to shops and restaurants! Just across the street!

Nice suite hotel but somewhat distant from NYC

Pros: We received a free upgrade so our suite was surprisingly large. The kitchen was more than functional and had a nice breakfast bar. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast offered at the hotel was better than average for a chain hotel.

Cons: The bed was comfortable but the linens seemed to be of lower quality. The hotel's location is a bit remote -- about 45 minutes' drive from Jersey City.
