Great transit hotel

Pros: The hotel shuttle from and to the airport, the friendly reception staff, the comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Only stayed one night as was in transit, but was perfect for my travel requirements.

Everything was wonderful. Everybody was very nice other than the parking like I said.

Pros: The stay was amazing. The people are fantastic. Your bartenders are phenomenal.

Cons: Well, we stayed 11 days and I had to pay for parking for 11 days for two cars, which is really ridiculous. When I spend all that money to stay there I believe there should be some kind of discount or even pay you free when you stay as much as I do there because I stay there a lot me and my fiancé other than that, everything was good but paying for parking for a hotel where you already paid to stay is a little outrageous

Exceeded my expectations

Pros: I liked the courtesy Airport shuttle, speedy check in and complimentary late checkout

Cons: Lack of food options in hotel however they were 100% fine with us using uber eats and eating in the lobby after check out.

Pros: Welcoming staff, spacious, fresh and clean room, good facilities, and a convenient shuttle to the airport.

Cons: I called for a shuttle to pick me up at Terminal F and take me to the hotel, but didn't see it after waiting for 1 hour at the Zone 4 sign.

Overall nice stay, convenient being close to airport

Pros: Modern and comfortable and free airport shuttle was a huge plus

Cons: Price seemed a bit steep

Perfect for stays with early flights

Pros: Good location not far from airport. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Good bar and food.

Pros: Nice place. I didn't see much around it though if you're without a car

Pros: Great amenities, staff were very pleasant, shuttle to the airport was appreciated.

Snazzy and comfortable

Pros: Was surprised at how big the room was. Bed was comfy. Got TV, mini fridge. Everything you'd need. My favourite thing was access to the Delta Pantry. Was a nice bonus coming late after a concert and being able to grab some free food from the pantry as opposed to vending machine snacks. Good for free quick breakfast too before check out.

Cons: Bathroom layout was odd. With shower towels on the opposite wall of the shower. Sink was clogged. And lack of vanity mirror/desk. Had to drag a chair into the bathroom so I can sit down while doing my hair. Also lighting was really dim in the hallway where the full body mirror was.

Pros: The staff and the driver for the shuttle service were knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was engaged with the customers and provided tips on what shops were close to the hotel. Great lady full of joy and positivity. She represents the company well.

Cons: There were no fans in the bathroom. The pillows for the bed are not firm enough.
