Pros: It is not fair to rate a hotel if you only stay one night and arrived at the end of the day

You're paying for a fantastic location

Pros: The location is ideal. The room is large and clean. When I could get hold of staff they were excellent. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: I spent 15 mins trying to work out how to turn on the shower. Eventually I called down for advice, nobody answered. The coffee maker was perhaps from the 1980s? Took a while to get it working. The air-conditioner was noisy. Lights were odd.

I would book again if I come to Philadelphia.

Pros: I loved the fact that it was inside the airport, easy to access. The food was excellent at the restaurant. The bed was very comfy, and the front desk was very polite. The gym was very good. Everything I was number one. I would book again if I go through Philadelphia.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Great location to access after our flight was canceled.

Cons: In room coffee had just one serving of regular coffee and one serving of decaf. We both wanted regular, so we arm wrestled for it! Just kidding.

Super convenient! Easy access on foot from Terminal B

Pros: Super convenient! Access via a short covered fly-over passageway from terminal B. I was travelling on my own, so it was perfect to access the hotel with my luggage on arrival, and on departure too, as I had a super early flight at 5am. Nice large room. Very clean. Yes, the hotel is a little old fashioned, but the location more than makes up for this.

Cons: The price was on the high side, but I guess you are paying for the convenience.
