Great value for money! Good access to Metro. Rooms a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable.
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Room was a good size. Shower was good. Coffee in reception was nice!
Cons: Rooms a little dated. Room temperature difficult to get right - was too warm! Safe instructions unclear (said to press a βBβ but no βBβ on keypad

A great place to take a break from the bustle
Pros: Located in Chinatown, across from a park, this place is somewhat hidden but very well located if you enjoy the lower part of Manhattan like I do. Clean room, kettle and fridge, nice sized bathroom. Excellent bed. Bottled water, nice bath products. Low-key, but feels like we were very well taken care of.
Cons: Everything was lovely, the only feedback I had I gave to the property (about the light in the hall being visible through the doorframe at night).

Perfect location
Pros: Perfect location to explore NYC, many sights in walking distance, subway just 4 walking minutes away with super connection, quiet at night as opposite to a park.

It would have been perfect if it wasn't for the AC issue.
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, enough amenities, perfect for two people for three nights. 7 min away from subway.
Cons: We had issues with ventilation system in our room. Even though the AC was turned off, when we arrived in our room at 8pm there were 60F. We called reception to solve the issue. The solutions they come up with was to give us a portable heater or open the room window (since outside were 70F). This did not solve the issue at all since it was not only cold, but also very 'windy'. They could close the cold air coming through the ventilation system only by shutting it down through the whole building, but apparently there were more customers complaining about the rooms being too hot. The people from reception were nice and seemed willing to help us, but in the end they had to choose between us being cold or the others being hot.
