convenient, great food at the bar, comfortable stay, excellent engineering staff.

Pros: I had an issue with my wifi connecting... Alfred from Engineering came up right away and fixed the issue! Go Birds!

Pros: It’s a perfect location close to the airport. Also extremely spacious

Cons: The furnishings are a bit dated but the bed is huge and comfortable

Week Long Stay

Pros: Meechi at the front desk was exceptional. He made sure we had all the right information after being misguided by multiple other front desk staff.

Cons: Two different ladies at the front desk gave us the wrong information about how the parking worked. The second of the two even made it seem like we were trying to sneak a second car onto the property when we asked to get our entrance ticket validated. She had previously told us we used the same card to get in and out every time which Meechi informed us was not the case. On the very last morning right before checking out, a spring sticking out of the pullout couch tore a hole in the side of my leggings.

Pros: Quiet and clean room, excellent shuttle service to the Airport (pick up perfectly on time at 11:40 pm), late checkout at no additional cost

Cozy hotel

Pros: Nice smell in the hotel. Comfy rooms. Convenient USB ports in the table lamps. The staff was generally nice.

Cons: There were some nachos left behind the sofa bed. Otherwise the room and bathroom.were clean. Parking fees should be reduced for hotel guests. Some breakfast staff could be a little more helpful. Our bedding was not ready despite booking for 4 so we had to organise it with the reception.
