Comfortable stopover at Philadelphia airport.

Pros: Room was good, bed was comfortable. Toilet could do with upgrading

Excellent staff service

Pros: The bar staff was friendly and efficient and bar food surprisingly good. Then we had an issue on the morning of our departure- left a back pack in our room. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We really appreciated the help.

Pros: Good location for airport, nice clean rooms, airport shuttle

Cons: It was dog friendly and the snacks behind the desk were super expensive.

Pros: Perfectly reasonable accommodations right by the airport. Clean and large room, courteous staff, and a frequent shuttle bus both to and from the airport. The shuttle drivers were professional and helpful. I saw people complain in other reviews that the hotel is old. It's a bit on the worn side, but for me nothing so offputting to undermine the clear advantages.

Great convenient hotel

Pros: Location, free shuttle, ease of checking In/out, king room was very spacious , bed was comfy. No noise despite being so close to the airport.

Cons: Price is high. We unfortunately had a flight delay and missed connection so we only stayed for a few hours. It would be great if hotels could offer a discounted price for short stays , we only had 10pm till 5am.

Pros: Shuttle to the airport . We arrived in the evening and just wanted something to eat. The food from the bar was excellent. I checked in ahead of my partner, that room had an issue with the air con unit and it was extremely loud. I reported it, within mins a member of staff came to check on it, apologised and said they would look for another room. They did so brought the new keys to my room, offered to help with my stuff. I moved rooms and all was good. I was impressed.
