The best staff you could ask for hands down ! Kind , thoughtful and honest

Pros: The property is being redone so it’s in a transitional state

Cons: The current parking is a little challenging across the street but it’s fine for most ppl

Pros: Everyone that works there is sooo nice and the location is so convenient to almost everything in a walking distance. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Most people are complaining about homeless people and people doing drugs but that isn't the hotel's fault. And when reading other people's reviews they made it sound like there was a lot of them and that wasn't true either. The hotel is very nice with an exceptionally good staff. If I ever come back to Pottsville, I will definitely be staying here.

Cons: Walls in the room could use some cleaning.

The hotel is close to what we need. Clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly

Pros: Check in was very easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Staff is very polite. They are renovating which is nice.

Cons: They do need to update the furniture in the rooms.
