A very nice comfortable centrally located hotel

Pros: Very nice centrally located hotel . Carlos at the front desk was very proactive in solving any issues. Would love to stay again

Excellent Place!

Pros: We are visiting a friend and have never stayed at this accommodation before. The hotel is well located and the cleanliness and housekeeping are above average! I really liked that we received mineral water in the room every day. The staff are excellent, especially John, who is a helpful person. I have been to many places but he is exceptional. Please appreciate his excellent work!

Cons: The street noise penetrates the room, but it was not disturbing (I later realized that the soundproofing of the window air conditioner was incomplete). Unfortunately, the room temperature cannot be adjusted from the room.

Great stay and helpful. The only downside is the hassle of getting the deposit back

Pros: John was very helpful and the location is great. We had a great view from our room of the empire

Cons: I don’t like that a deposit had to be paid and 2 weeks after leaving the hotel my money has still not been returned

A pleasant and perfect place for a week staying at NYC

Pros: First time at this hotel and NYC. Very well located, near public transportation, attractions, stores and restaurants. Perfect place to stay and go anywhere in the city, even just walking. Good cleaning and friendly staff. For sure will be an option for next time. Everything went well for a week staying

Cons: Street noise was the only thing. The windows could be replaced for new ones with more sound isolation. Nothing else to mention.
