Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel

Pros: Positive: • The room was nicely renovated and comfortable.

Cons: Negative: • Housekeeping was disappointing: the toilet had hair and stains, the flush handle was sticky, and there was hair in the shower. • Dust was on the light switches and power outlets. • The toilet paper holder was broken. • Bathroom scales under the sink had a clump of someone else’s hair. • The body lotion was partly used and sticky. • Only one towel was provided for the shower. We stayed on October 11 after a long flight, so we didn’t complain at the time, but we hope this feedback helps improve cleaning standards.

Good food/ Very pricey

Pros: Food was great! Very good taste. Closes place to eat breakfast.

Cons: Expect to pay more than you expected. We payed $50.00 for two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. Chocolate milk and orange juice. Two cups of mixed fruit. All for that hefty price of $50.00 tip and service fee included. A 6.98 service fee which I did not know about until I got my bill. Sandwiche and fruit $14.99 each. Milk and juice $5.00 each.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was comfy

Cons: I was not able to enter my hotel one day because the lock was out of battery and needed maintenance

Pros: Las instalaciónes y el espacio es excelente lo recomiendo, pero lo mejor fueron las personas de staff, primero nos en o tramos en la recepción con Ivy una Dominicana atenta amable y cordial que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo, y luego en el restaurante nos atendió Zoraya, de una manera fantástica, nos sentimos en un hotel de lujo, por su trato, amabilidad y deseo de atendernos de la mejor manera; estas dos mujeres son el mejor activo de este hotel! Volveré sin lugar a dudas!!!

Pros: Staff was great, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very delicious and filling. Location very convenient with lots of restaurants options around and the rooms were very clean.

Cons: The ac in the room makes a thump sound when stops blowing but if you are a heavy sleeper probably won’t bother so much. The water in the shower doesn’t get so warm as I expected.

Pros: Staff friendly & efficient, our room was quite clean & comfortable. Only 1 request in middle of night the air conditioning seemed to be much less effective all 4 of us were sweating when we woke.

Cons: You really need to update furniture. Sand and paint. Fridge needs change. But mainly the furniture. Way to many visible dents and scratches on furniture. Room 313

Pros: The hotel staff were all very nice beginning with the front desk at check-in and the VIP loung staff - Gloria was wonderful. The room was clean and the view was beautiful!

Cons: Parking should be offered for free since it is an outdoor parking lot and not an indoor parking lot.
