Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Meadowlands Area by IHG

I recommend this hotel and I will definitely happily comeback .

Pros: The staff was very professional and helpful espeically Bassant and Ismael.

Cons: I like the location and I like the hotel is very clean .

Pleasant experience and helpful staff

Pros: My stay at Holiday Inn was a very pleasant experience for my first time in America as the staff especially the Hotel Manager were very helpful and were constantly quick to help us with whatever we needed regardless of the time. The hotel was clean and the breakfast area had a lot of options. We felt safe and secure and would recommend this place for families. I will definitely visit this hotel again when I come back for another holiday in America. Just a caution though the location is in New Jersey city which is a bit far from New York City. However, there is a bus transportation right by the hotel which goes straight to Times Square.

Cons: We came from the UK and didn't expect the water system inside the toilets to be different in America. However, they are so just be careful about that.

Excellent stay and nice days.

Pros: Excellent hotel and location. You can go to city centre of New York by bus in about 20 minutes. The staffs are excellent especially Basant, Sara, Michel and Mohamed. Very clean and excellent value for money.

Cons: We think they should give more support for the breakfast.

Pros: Rooms were clean, better than Hampton Inn by Hilton.

Good hotel - great breakfast

Pros: Helpful staff, good housekeeping, clean, good breakfast, good hassle-free 3 * hotel. Can recommend it for a shorter or longer stay.

Cons: We stayed there for 11 nights (work & business). They could not get the washing machine in their coin-laundry repaired during that time. Had to go outside to wash.

Pros: Good clean room, it was easy to change the temperature inside. The service was everyday. Breakfast was pretty good - omelette, milk, oatmeal, pancakes, apples, bananas, cinnamon rolls, eggs, yogurts, cereal and more…

Cons: The pool is pretty small and seemed not too clean.

Great staff and convenient location. Good value for the money.

Pros: Although it isn’t an area where there’s really anything of interest it was an easy bus ride into NY and there’s a great Mexican restaurant next door. The staff were absolutely excellent and the room was nice. It was just a place to stay for us but we ended up actually enjoying it!

Cons: As said in my other comment, the area itself really has nothing to offer but the hotel is good value and things are accessible from the location.

Pros: Room was very clean. Great housekeeping n reception staffs.

Cons: Expensive.

Pros: Close to bus route and metlife stadium. Good breakfast. Great view to,New York skyline.

Cons: Not many facilities nearby though we did find a good diner.
