Value for money

Pros: The male staff who check in for us was super friendly, so sad, I forgot his name. He was the one who speak a bit fast and has energy all time.

Cons: One of male staff was not friendly(white), never smile, look like he is angry all the time

Pros: Our family had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel, and there were so many things we appreciated: • The breakfast was rich and delicious, with a variety of options—including gluten-free choices that my older daughter especially liked. • The coffee was excellent and became a daily treat. • The hotel’s location was very convenient, with easy access to the bus stop and Port Authority, which made getting around simple and stress-free. • We loved the practical amenities like the ice machine, iron and ironing board, and especially the washer and dryer—plus the thoughtful detail of selling quarters at the front desk. • Most of all, we were touched by the friendliness of the staff. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude made us feel truly welcome and cared for.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like, everything was thoughtfully arranged and the staff were wonderful. If we had to mention one small thing, it would be the room size. Since we stayed for two weeks with our two adult daughters, a slightly larger room would have made things even more comfortable. But overall, we were very happy and grateful for the experience.

I get a lot of comfort and calm.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Microwave in room, breakfast, location.

Cons: Be careful about location. It’s in the middle of nowhere. It’s perfect for me. But …. It’s near railway, and trains whistle around the clock. Once more. It doesn’t matter for me.

Great hotel

Pros: Good location, ready access to transport, and nice breakfast. Enough space to park

Cons: Struggled to get my door open with the key card

Pros: I liked everything very much. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a little boring, but plentiful. In front of the hotel is the 163/164 bus stop, which takes you to Manhattan, to the Port Authority.

If we ever return to NJ, we’ll be back

Pros: The room was very spacious, breakfast was very good (different choices of cereal, fruit, bakery goods, meat etc), staff was very friendly, best of all, the bus stop towards NYC is directly in front of the hotel.

Great Location

Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient for trips into New York City and for events at MetLife Stadium. The value you get for the price is excellent. Getting into the city is easy; several buses run from just outside the hotel directly to Port Authority, and from there, Times Square is only moments away. A quick tip: be sure to check the bus schedules for your return trip from Port Authority after 7:30 PM, as the gates can change based on the time.

Cons: Overall, everything was great. My only suggestion would be to change the bedsheets at least twice for stays longer than a week. But honestly, I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a top-notch experience!

Would stay again, value for money.

Pros: Clean and looked after. Save parking and lots of parking space. They cleaned the room everyday.

Cons: Small area for breakfast and a couple of mornings we did not have space to sit and have breakfast.

Greet for MetLife stadium

Pros: Great location for MetLife stadium. Big comfy bed. Free breakfast. Reasonably priced mini shop.

Cons: Not much immediately around hotel.

Overal our stay was nice and comfortable. We will come back.

Pros: The location was good and the breakfast was ok ( I guess they could do better )the staff was exceptionally professional (we love the fact that our room has been cleaned every single day) the young man and young lady in the reception was very helpful.

Cons: The lighting in the room was really bad - it’s dark.
