Very enjoyable and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel anytime and would stay there again!

Pros: The location was amazing! So many restaurants across the road and so was the bus stop into New York. Walmart was a 10 minute walk. My family and I loved it ! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Jeremy,Yamelis and Claudia.

Cons: The wifi was not so good sometimes and still don’t have my deposit back.

The staff was nice, especially the two breakfast attendants who were outstanding.

Pros: Breakfast is hot served and there is multiple options every day. Location is good because the 320 NJ bus stops just across the street.

Very good location, friendly staff, and a great breakfast — nothing to complain about!

Pros: Yudith at reception was super friendly — she helped me manage my stay with two separate reservations and made the whole process seamless. Also, the coffee machine is a highlight — don’t miss the vanilla latte

Cons: Breakfast hours are a bit too short — extending the time would be appreciated.

I was very satisfied with all aspects.

Pros: I was very satisfied with all aspects. Above all, it is the best for a trip to New York. Rather than looking for a hotel in downtown New York, it is more efficient to stay here and travel. If you take the 320 bus right in front of the hotel, you will arrive in downtown New York in 15 minutes. After finishing the trip, I returned to the hotel and was able to sleep quietly and comfortably.

Superb.

Pros: The welcome from Julie was wonderful. We were tired and she was amazing welcoming us and informing us as well as accommodating our rooms being next to each other. Rooms were very modern and clean! The breakfast choice was great including waffles, toast, sausage, eggs, and also gluten free oats, jams and yoghurts etc. Fantastic location to the 320 bus which is approximately a 10-15 minute journey (using bus lanes in peak traffic) which links directly to the Port Authority Bus Station on Manhattan. There is also a large Walmart 9mins walk away, with plenty of restaurants nearby for evening meals. Super hotel.

Pros: Staff was amazing, always friendly, upon check in I got changed to a different room type facing the front of the hotel without any extra costs. The location is safe and pretty quiet if you are away from the highway which I was! Breakfast is complimentary so basic but ok, it could do with omelettes on request and/or a selection of cheeses/meats. Together with the kind house keeping workers a very nice stay!
