Pros: It's very clean and comfortable hotel. Staffs are very nice. Pleasant stay.

Cons: Microwave is not there. I have to come down and heat the food.

Value for money

Pros: Close to the bus to New York and shops and restaurants and staff we’re brilliant

Cons: Breakfast was basic

Pros: It's close to the Plaza (6-7 minutes walk), where you can find plenty of restaurants and cafes, as well as a cinema. There's a Walmart nearby (5 minutes walk). There are bus lines running on the street in front of the hotel.

Cons: The pillows were quite soft, I had to use two of them stacked one on top of the other. The water pressure is quite low for my taste, and with the shower head fixed to the wall it was difficult to take a proper shower.

GOOOOD

Pros: we enjoyed the stay, people and working staff were very kind, All staff was helpful, We had a payment issue mistake, Then problem was solved by helping of ASNER the reception guy (KING), alot of thanks to him...

Cons: Once I had the payment mistake issue it was hard to reach the hotel, and I didnt get the correct responde from booking.com or hotel, But again thanks to ASNER.

Pros: The staff was great, Asner in particular was very helpful and made us feel right at home! Would definitely be back with my entire family.

Cons: The first 2 nights were difficult. The initial request was an upper floor room(email confirmation), which could not be accommodated when we arrived. Unfortunately, the only room available when we arrived was the door closest to the emergency exit, the main road, and on the ground floor. This location was less than ideal as there were many disturbances from persons exiting and entering the hotel. Lastly, in the room provided, the ac was very stuffy and made my allergies work overtime. It was also very noisy and sounded like a cackling witch when the AC kicked in and out (very unnerving). Initially, we were told we should have a room by the following evening, which Unfortunately did not happen. Thankfully by the following evening a room was made available and let's just say it was like significant difference 🌞(new room) & 🥶😷( old room)

Pros: Location. Friendly hotel staff. There is parking, bus stop nearby, you can quickly get to Manhattan by bus, Walmart is 5 minutes walk away... Prices and quality of service correspond to reality.

Cons: There is no microwave in the room.

Staff are so friendly

Pros: Location near Shopping Malls like Walmart, Burlington etc. Also good restaurants near by.

Stay and nyc trip

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They really wanted to make sure we had a great stay. We loved the pool table, free coffee on the morning, grab and go breakfast, clean, comfy room. Very easy to get to NYC from the hotel, bus route 320 was right across the street. Lots of restaurants around too.

Cons: The pool was not working when we went. They tried to help and were very nice about it. The kids were a bit bummed they couldn't swim, but we played at their pool table instead.

Pros: Lovely, clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds too

Good Location

Pros: Very close to bus stop so can get No.320 to New York in 20 minutes. Around hotel, you can a lot of restaurant plus shopping malls!Room is clean, personnels are really friendly!
