This hotel exceeded my expectations

Excellent Stay, must consider

Pros: Value for money, comfort, internet for people who are working. Kitchen is good and equipped.

Cons: Cleaning only done once a week that is not okay. Our dishwasher started leaking one day. Only these two problems.

Pros: The cultural experience at (sonesta simply) left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

Cons: The gym is out of service. The refrigerator in 1st room not functioning, and they changed the room.

Wonderful stay at the property. very good staff. Clean and spacious room. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you

Good as usual (repeat customer)

Pros: Have stayed here for a night or two on 4 separate occasions in the last couple of years. The staff are pleasant, rooms are spotlessly clean, beds & linens very comfortable, & the location literally across the street from a strip mall with a sushi restaurant, deli, taproom, etc (all of which are quite good) is perfect.

Cons: The rooms feel depressing bc the decor is dated & the furnishings have a lot of wear & tear, but everything actually works & the cleanable surfaces are very clean. For the price I think it's worth it.

Pros: This 7th time, stay here and will stay again, of course. Rooms are immaculate . They do not allow smoking inside property, and this amazing . The manager is the second supper positive thing in this hotel , I asked to extend my stay till 3 pm, and of course, he treated me well and let me stay for free of any charge . Thank you . They clea8n the room once weekly and this great .

Cons: That my stay ran out quickly.

Peaceful, Pleasant

Pros: The property is clean, quiet. They have a kitchen with the required utensils to cook if you plan to stay for long. The washer/dryer and gym is accessible 24/7. The staff are courteous and very friendly.

Pros: Spotlessly clean (& there's a lot to clean with a full kitchen, fridge, etc). Very impressed by housekeeping. Front desk staff were pleasant & efficient. Decor is dated but I don't choose hotels for their decor! Needed to use the iron & ironing board in my room for the first time & they were great, the iron looked brand new & was better quality than my own iron at home lol.

Cons: The shower water pressure is weak, but for the price & other plus points, I don't really mind.

Value for money

Pros: Spacious room Free laundry and gym Good location Helpful staff

Cons: Less utensils and cutlery for 2 person

Would come back if needed to stay this way again.

Pros: It was a very good location for me. Nice gym and warm large cozy room.

Cons: Everything was great!
