I felt happy staying at Delta Marriott.

Pros: Asia is one of the best employees you could have in your team! She was an excellent assist during my stay at the hotel since we were stuck in a double booking situation for me under the different names! She was patient and empathetic enough to sort out the matter with utmost grace & enthusiasm! Absolutely adore her! 6/5 for her service & beautiful smile!

Cons: Houskeeping is below average. Needs urgent supervision.

Pros: very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. large room. staff friendly and helpful. I did have issues with my phone and could book taxis and they were really nice and booked it for me.

Expected a little more

Pros: Very friendly staff, good desk for working in the room, quick help when there was a problem with the room

Cons: Restaurant isn't that good. Not so much to choose from. Breakfast not so good. Gym very small and not attractive to go to

Pros: Rooms were spacious & comfortable with a higjh standard of cleanliness throughout. Staff were efficient, helpful & friendly. Location was very good with ample car parking It would be our first choice for any future trips to NJ.

Cons: Room & restaurant food service was good but quality of food, as has also been our experience previously in the US, falls short of one's expectations..

super happy with our stay

Pros: the place was super clean the staff was very nice . we came to jersey for an event which was across the street from the hotel so it was super convenient. after the event we were not ready to go back to our rooms so the front desk staff showed us where the patio was so we were able to hang out on the beautiful patio . the bar staff was super nice and the breakfast was amazing i highly suggest buying the breakfast package or just plan to eat there the food was not expensive even without the package

Cons: I had requested a handicapped accessible room since 2 out of the 4 quests have had knee replacement surgeries. I checked 2 days before check in and I was told everything was set for the accommodation. I arrived early for check in and they said they didn't have to room ready. Which was understandable since we were early. They wouldn't give us access to the pool area while we waited so we were in the lobby for over 2 hours. Still have 2 and a half hours the room was still not ready. They said the person who had it the night before still hadn't checked out and mind you it was almost 4:30 pm at that point. They weren't able to give us a handicapped room. We had to take one for the hard of hearing which gave a door bell and flashing light. There was nothing offered to us for the inconvenience of the long wait nor the room not being correct.

Pros: We didn’t have the breakfast only because our family doesn’t eat much in the morning so the breakfast buffet was too expensive for the amount of food we would have eaten. It looked amazing from far away though !
