Except the rude and impolite night receptionist everything was excellent

Pros: The setup of the whole building was very versatile and very good fir seeing every facility from the rooms

Cons: During the night the receptionist was sleeping all the time and he was refusing to answer our questions even if we are physically at the front dest. He was very angry all the time and very rude to us and he was continually shouting.

The rooms are a great size & the breakfast is superb

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic with the omlette station and the very hot coffee! The rooms are very spacious with good AC!

Cons: The shower had little to no pressure and there was no detachable shower head so you ended up washing your hair EVERY DAY! Just very annoying. The furnishings looked dated, I think the rooms need modernising. Also the night staff need to be trained better, when we checked in the person on the reception desk was no help! He didn't even tell us where to take the lift! Luckily we had family staying at the same hotel who were coming in the same time as us! They told us where to go. Also I had booked an extra few nights direct with Hilton as cheaper & the receptionist told me I would need to check out & they would have to move me to a whole different room. When I went downstairs the next morning to ask the day receptionist she said I didn't have to check out at all! Just poor customer service from the night receptionist.

Better than expected

Pros: They make omelets and pancakes at breakfast, nice buffet! Much better than those only offering continental breakfast.

Great hotel. Its only an hour and half drive to JFK airport.

Pros: Very good breakfast. Has its own omelette bar. Friendly staff. Spacious room with 2 double-beds. Beds are very comfy.

Pros: Breakfast was AWESOME! Best breakfast potatoes ever, and an omelet bar! They also provided complimentary free drink coupons for each night's stay, which was a nice touch. I also like that our dog was able to stay with us, and our room had a door inside to create a two-room, feel.
