Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Williamsport

Nice motel and great service!

Pros: Clean rooms. Very nice staff. Friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

Will absolutely stay here again when the need arises.

Pros: We were exhausted when we arrived, and the staff member who did our check-in was very personable and engaging. The room itself was nicely appointed, and everything seemed to be on the newer side (presumably related to the overhaul the whole place is going through. The bed was wonderful, and I slept like a rock.

Cons: As a result of the ongoing renovations and refurnishing, the air is filled with what I can only describe as the lingering chemical aroma of new commercial carpeting/backing/adhesives. It currently smells more like a new office building than an established hotel. It's not overwhelming by any stretch and certainly doesn't rise to the level of a complaint, but it was an attention getter.

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: The renovations are great and my room was clean and comfortable. The location of this particular hotel is very convenient with close proximity to the highway, two convenience store gas stations, and a Chick Fil A two buildings down.

Cons: I wish hotels would upgrade to TVs that allow guests to sign in to their own streaming services.

Great stay, would come again

Pros: Very friendly. Clean rooms, beautiful renovation. Lots of choices for breakfast.

Great place to stay to view Little League International.

Pros: The service from your staff, Brittany and Cathy at check in, and Christina (I believe was her name) at checkout were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly with recording my Marriott rewards for our stay and insuring g we enjoyed our time. In addition we like to give a shout out for your breakfast server because she was so nice. We didn’t get her name but she was still there at 9 AM and still greeted us with open arms to have breakfast. She did this despite closing time and the area still trapped with renovation materials all about. Can’t wait to see how the place is after all the updates.

Cons: The renovations should have been mentioned in the bookings.

Pros: Easy check in offered water on a hot day Was welcoming

Cons: Non refundable when using booking, priceline, etc... Room rates are a little on high side for me

My Williamsport home away from home.

Pros: When I travel to the Williamsport area, this is the only hotel I consider. I've always had excellent customer service and My comfortable accommodations.

Pros: This was a great off-site location to stay at for a show at the Community Arts Center. Free Breakfast was a great value.

Cons: The temperature of the room was difficult to regulate.
