We stayed for one night, wish we had the time to stay longer ! Nice hotel! Great service!

Cons: the housekeeping can be more gentle in cleaning the around room.. i couldn't sleep because tey slapping the door in everymint.. yest its morning but this is hotel you dont know people situation.. also the laides in the breakfast the are in hurry to remove..even ine day they removed before 9:30 .. nothing will happen if they start removing after 9:30

Nothing less than wonderful

Pros: My son had a weekend long tournament in Lancaster, we are from NY, not being from the area I was skeptical about the surroundings, the rooms and overall everything. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is placed in a quiet area, stores near by that fill all your needs. The room itself was beautiful, 10/10 clean along with the bathroom. I had a king suite, with 3 kids it was perfect. The pool was amazing for the children, and the area to sit and relax in was so pleasing all children played well together and adults communicated, there was table and chairs, a Basketball court & designated smoking area. This will be the hotel we go to for another tournament!

Overall we were very impressed!

Pros: The breakfast was great both mornings, the location was amazing, and the hospitality was fantastic!

Cons: The pool was cold because of some kind of heater malfunction.

Exceptional hotel.

Pros: This hotel is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly makes you feel welcome. The rooms are spotless, super comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and professional, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their people skills and customer service really set this place apart.

Perfect place to stay

Pros: The rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was stocked with clean towels and washcloths and breakfast was amazing.

Great staff, facilities generally excellent. Good location, just off highway.

Pros: My family ate there first morning, I didn’t arrive until late that evening. They said food tasted good but they found a few hour later, it disagreed with them. We didn’t have breakfast there again during our stay. Francine (front desk associate) and GM (slim gentleman) were outstanding.

Cons: Bathtub plug didn’t mount correctly and leaked when tub filled. A slow leak, but a leak nonetheless. I’ve maker didn’t work on my floor (3rd) during stay, always had to walk down to 2nd floor for ice. The recycling/garbage bins near elevators needed more frequent emptying. Lots of families on my floor, obviously generated a lot of trash/recycling. More than half the time you had to try to jam stuff into the bins or it would wind up on the floor. Otherwise only thing missing for me was a safe in the room.

Love staying here

Pros: I've stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience.

Cons: The curtains aren't really black out ones, a lot of light comes through in the mornings/during day. We were also at the very end of the hallway by the stair entrances and the door is VERY loud throughout the night with people coming and going.

Pros: The hotel was clean, great room layout, enjoyed the free breakfast which was outstanding.
