Pros: The room was very spacious, it had all the amenities you could want. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The a/c unit worked beautifully, and the room temp was very comfy.

Cons: The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The pillows were very small.

Pros: The location and the building architecture was nice.The reception's lady was very gentle and she explain to us the main activity and the atmosphere arround.

Pros: Front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. At first, he couldn't find our booking due to our late arrival but minutes later he was able to retrieve the booking and got us in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Upon leaving, the morning manager checked us out and took a few minutes out of his busy morning to chat with us a bit and update us on the weather we may encounter on our trip home. All in all, I would recommend and would stay again. Thank you for your everything.

Lovely staff, comfortable with little extras that made it extra special

Pros: The staff was outstanding—so nice, accommodating and helpful with everything! Special shoutout to Pam, Nadia & Dawn. Also dining staff pleasant and helpful and maintenance on any requests immediately. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Comfortable room with extra blankets, great free breakfast, fitness room met my needs and pool was very nice. Not high end luxury but comfortable, homey, accommodating with above average staff very willing to please. Lemon water in the lobby was an appreciated extra.

Cons: Channel selection on tv too limited

Nice hotel with good location

Pros: The breakfast if good, nice facility, the room is big and also clean, we can find the location easilly from the map, they supply parking zone with big size, and very convenient to travel to by car, good choice with stay in York.
