Pros: no breakfast for me i checked out each morning before 7 am

Cons: accomidations were just what i wanted economal and close to lebanon county exposition hall

Appreciate the warm and welcome

Pros: The people there are wonderful. We have stayed here before and remember always Tammy’s warm and direct attitude. The new owner was welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the fridge and microwave as well as the TV. The bathroom comes with shampoo and soap.

Cons: The motel is what it is. There is nothing to dislike so long as you don’t come here with unreasonable expectations.

I’m looking forward to go back for a visit!

Pros: I’m happy to have experienced a kind atmosphere from the staff that were very welcoming and helpful!

Pros: The staff/owner was very nice. Quick and helpful when getting me checked in. And when I checked out I asked if there was water somewhere and he just gave me a bottle for free. The price was also great, the lowest in the area. You get what you pay for but you also can’t beat it.

Cons: Too much light outside, and I could hear the TV playing from the room over. They left it on through the night.

Pros: The front desk lady was so pleasant, the room was nice and clean, and the bed were so comfortable!!!! I liked the fact that it was wrong so many great places to eat and that it was near a starbucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Perfect place to stay when visiting the PA Renaissance fair

Good for the price

Pros: What I expected from a roadside motel. There were clean sheets, and the mattress was nice. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Love that they are dog friendly.

Cons: No hot water, room smelled moldy, lack of outlets, and broken outlets.

Glad we gave it a chance

Pros: We have stayed in budget inns across the country, this is by far one of the best. The towels and sheets smelled fresh, there were absolutely no bugs/bed bugs. The most affordable option within walking distance to the Renaissance Fair. Tammy was wonderful and attentive to the details.

Cons: Some features of the room could be considered outdated, but they seem to be actively updating the property. I wouldn't trust all of the negative reviews. When you are booking at a budget inn, adjust your expectations. You aren't staying at the Borgata, but Tammy will absolutely give you Borgata level service.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, helpful and very accommodating!

Cons: Paying more through booking.com
