Pros: the place was good but breakfast was basic without bagle and cream cheese

This was perfect for my needs, given that I was coming in to JFK at 1 am in the morning with dogs

Pros: We missed the breakfast, but appreciated the fact that it was available. The 15% discount on breakfast at IHOP was a nice substitute. We had a great breakfast there.

Cons: The bathroom was a little dingy. However, that was totally made up by the brand-new shower head. I always prefer a clean shower head, so that more than made up for the small dings in the bathroom.

Cons: There should be an elevator for the guests even if it's 2 storied. Those are seniors or leg problems, and they have problems with staircases carrying the luggage

Pros: I liked the the view I had, the room was clean and the staff at check in was very helpful HIS assistance was awesome He made me feel comfortable and reassured me about everything. I like the location I used to get rooms there a few years ago and my daughter used to work there It was not a good place to rent a room and she had lots of problems when she worked there. I know they got new management and have made the place much better. I like what they did. It's also convenient for transportation and stores Overall I had a good experience staying there

Cons: You know I really didn't get to experience the breakfast I got up too late So they did an okay job That's probably the only concern I wish they had other breakfast options as far as the meat I don't eat pork and cereal or toast is fine But I would like the same experience as other customers

Pros: Todo: el servicio proveído por las personas, efectivamente no cobraron el depósito de garantía, cuestión que cumplieron porque en la página no indicaba que esto iba a suceder. El desayuno estuvo excelente, aunque era lo mismo, estuvo bien un día que mi hija y yo no pudimos llegar a tiempo, igual nos dieron el desayuno Para llevar , las personas se portaron maravillosas.

Cons: Todo estuvo bien, es un precio muy accesible, y no podría uno pedir más.
