Finally got to rest! Thank you.

Pros: Staff was very considerate once I gave them all my personal information, even though I had already provided it to booking.com. Not the prettiest rooms but it was clean, warm and dry. I was in a regular room with 1 queen bed, no \

Cons: I should have asked for another blanket, but I didn't. I didn't want to keep bothering staff. I wish there was more information about the TV channels. I didn't know how to find anything, and channel surfing is not a good idea here, as adult channels are intermingled with regular TV.

Pros: They upgraded my room to one that had a jacuzzi! They also supplied free amenities for it like scented oils and bubbles. It was a good upgrade! The staff was super nice and helpful throughout any issues!
