All in all, very satisfied -- I would definitely do it again!

Pros: I received 1/2 hour early check-in + 1/2 hour late check-out -- both of which were greatly appreciated!

Cons: The pillows were both a bit big & also a bit too firm (at least to my liking) -- so a bit rough on my neck... But I will just bring my own, next time! ;-)

The only hotel we stay at

Pros: They always accommodate us even at the last minute and put us in the same room each time

Pros: Was able to park not far from the door to our room. The refrigerator/freezer was large.

Cons: No microwave or coffeemaker. I looked for an ice machine, but couldn't find one. The lobby was locked at night, so I don’t know if there was one in there. It was of no use to me in there.
