Cocoa Country Inn Hershey

Pros: We have stayed here several times, and you cannot beat the value. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. And the rooms are clean and spacious.

Pros: the staff . the room -- all was great - whole place inside and out is very clean and we also felt safe staying there -- the price was well worth the stay

Cons: only thing was the lack of being able making coffee and gas station for coffee was about 3 miles away

Pros: They really didn't speak English when I went to check in I had to wait an hour because the guy that runs the hotel was out. And when I tried to check out the owner's wife didn't speak no English I had to give my hotel key to the cleaning lady

Cons: And nobody spoke English

Need updates but great location

Pros: It was a great location and the use of the pool was great.

Cons: The room we were in could use don't updates. The hot and cold were reversed, the bathroom could be updated, missing towel bars, tiles on the floor are cracked or loose. The beds could be updated. The mattress seams were split and the room smelt musty

Pros: The manager was very nice and he waited for me to arrive despite how late it was and then went to bed himself. And the location was very nice and convenient to restaurants and gas stations. It was a quaint little motel with a nice pool.

Cons: The room was a little small. The bath tub still had hair from a previous guest and was a little dirty. Other than that we had a nice time.

Pros: Check in was easy and fast. Front desk manager was pleasant and welcoming. I loved it! Room was comfortable. Parking was nice. Property was clean and quiet. . My only issue that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair on a towel. Residue in tub and shower curtain was badly stained. Toiletries were used and half full. They weren't replaced for a new guest check-in. I had to clean and disinfect bathroom with my own supplies.

Cons: The handle to the main door lobby was broke, and the .tv was confusing to use
