Pros: The room was clean. They provided a fridge and microwave. The ac worked and the water hot. For being one of the cheapest places to get a room I was pleasantly surprised by how good the room was. It was dated of course but if you need cheap lodging this place fits the bill. Plus there is a wawa right across the street for food.

Cons: Nothing. I bought a room for a few weeks and I was left alone. The owners didn't bother me and the other renters were relatively quiet.
