Bryant Park Hotel

Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Pros: Location - Excellent overlooking Bryant Park Room - Large for NYC Bed - Very comfy Staff - Fantastic - nothing too much trouble!

Cons: Lobby a little tired but due for a refurb later this year.

Pros: Location is amazing - right across from Bryant Park. The staff is kind and accommodating. They give great recommendations and are very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. There is coffee/tea available in the lobby to compensate for the lack of room service.

Cons: There is no room service available at the hotel.

Pros: Excellent location - walking distance to a lot of sights and close to subway lines. Very comfortable and quiet room so great sleep. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons: Possibly felt a tiny bit tired but nothing that affected our stay.

Pros: This is for sure my very favorite hotel in NYC. Besides being in the charming Bryant Park, its location is strategic in its mid-town place. Rooms were totally renovated (I was a guest 2 years ago and can testify). It's view of the park is breathtaking and the decoraction and facilities are not only high-level. They are tasty and classy (for those who understand what it means, og course). The staff is not only correct. It is really interested in their guest's well being. Jo(sephine) is the perfect front desk person and could be working at the Ritz ou Le Meurice in Paris. Ammenities and small gifts (Neuhaus's chocolates and Angelina's macarons) are top, especially for a 4-star hotel.

Cons: The building is on renovation, what was not a problem for me because I stayed out most of the day (working). The shower does not have a good pressure, but it was compensated by the duche and the (separate) nice tube. And, yes, it is a little overpriced for a 4-star hotel.

Pros: Great location in mid town Manhattan. Hotel was clean & comfortable.

Cons: No cold water! Once you had run the hot tap, both taps were hot… obviously the pipes are too close. It’s just not that nice brushing your teeth in very hot water.

Pros: Fabulous staff, so friendly & helpful, couldn't do enough to help & always smiling & chatty. Bedroom clean & bed very comfy. So close to everything & all very easy to walk to. Loved staying here & hopefully back for another stay. Thank you.
