Charming HBG Haven: Cozy 1BR Apt

Lovely apartment, spacious and comfortable

Pros: The apartment is lovely, we were able to cook for yourselves and took advantage of the kitchen/living room space. The bed was very comfortable and whole apartment was very spacious. I would recommend using an eye mask for light sleepers as the curtains let lots of light in but this wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment has washing/drying facilities which was great after a day at Hershey Park. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

Cons: The property is located above a shop which is not a problem at all however, there is a staircase to reach the apartments which has no lift that we were aware of. Our apartment was on this floor and had a private staircase through our door, this just made moving heavy suitcases a little more difficult. Down the street there are a few bars and it can get noisy on the weekend but wasn’t a much of an issue. Overall, the apartment was great

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very nice as well. I do agree with other reviews the building smells like cigarettes pretty bad but the apartment itself didn’t really. The owner was also really nice and very communicative.

Cons: Parking kind of sucks, I got a ticket. I didn’t know that Harrisburg checks meters on Saturday’s which I guess is my fault for not seeing that on the sign.

Overall it was a very lovely experience and I’d recommend anyone who can sleep with a little noise to stay here :) was v

Pros: The owner was extremely responsive and kind throughout our entire stay. Location is convenient. The apartment is just the right size for 2 people and equipped with all the essentials.

Cons: I knew it was by bars but I forgot how loud and late Americans can be out, and how loud cars can be at 2am haha I didn’t mind but it interrupted by sisters sleep.

Pros: I loved the whole apartment. everything was very nice and clean. Staff was excellent as well.

Cons: The smell of cigarettes was a little bad walking in to the building and even in the apartment we could smell it a good bit.

Pros: The owner was very responsive. I liked the open-space kitchen combined with the living room.
