Great location for NYC Marathon. Rooms large and clean

Pros: Picked first for its location to the Staten Ferry for the NYC Marathon start. We were looking for twin share and the room was so big. Very happy. Perfect for two single travellers or if you had a family of 4 with small kids

Cons: Breakfast. Disappointing but there is so many place close by with early opening times it didn’t matter

Pros: Breakfast was great compared to similar hotels. Location is at south Manhattan but well positioned in terms of metro connections in case you want to focus on Manhattan. Room was ok and the bathroom was modern and clean

Cons: In two occasions we felt that the personnel service could have been better. It is not that something went bad but it was obvious that the response was rather typical and not wanting to go the extra mile and help. But maybe it was just a bad day

Pros: Breakfast good and the restaurant service normal , but is good .not bad for me is good . The hotel front desk service not that professional, with a rude face , this is only thing make me feel bad .

Cons: Front desk people should be nice or normal, because they are a happy face or smile face will make guess have a good day . Right I don’t have a good day with checking in . But Hyatt always is nit bad choices. So I didn’t cancel .

Great location

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the pier for the statue of liberty tours, Wall Street, and the 9/11 memorial. There are lots of nice coffee shops around. The room had everything we needed and was perfect for our last night in New York.

Pros: Very well located, easy to get to all the areas we wanted to visit and near to lots of nice places to eat.

Cons: The hotel was about what I expected for the price and I think it was good value for money for such a central Manhattan location. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was a nice style, but a little bit tired, hence my 4 rather than 5 stars. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, a really good stay.
