Heart of Downtown Manhattan - Stylish One Bedroom Apartment in Vibrant Union Square

Pros: The apartment is small, but you have everything you need. Even for preparing food, a large refrigerator, a small table, even a computer. The sofa is for a smaller person up to 175 cm. I was there in January and for such a low price the apartment is great. The neighbors were very friendly, we had a key and you could also open the door via the app, which was very convenient. There is a grocery store across the street. Union Square is 5 minutes away where you have a cinema, subway, shops etc.. The street away is Eat Village full of bars, events at night.

Pros: I booked this place for my mother and her cousin. I was not there, so I leave their feedback about the apt. Great location. The apt looks like in the photos. Very well equipped kitchen. Good shower , good bathroom and very comfortable bed. Cleaning was good ( except for the windows). The hostess was really supportive, always available and always providing very quick feedback. Check in at 11pm worked well and smoothly.

Cons: Sofa bed is not so comfortable. They made it better using a thick duvet on top of it. The only unpleasant experience is that the neighbours of the building place their garbage in the hall, just beside the apt door. It is regularly removed, but in 8 days stay, they had 2 days of unpleasant amount of garbage by their door.

I recommend these apartments, but don't expect anything ultra-modern from them

Cons: The bathroom and the apartment in general need renovation. An unpleasant old rug in the bathroom. Old bedding that should also be replaced. Dirty windows.

Pros: The apartment was just perfect for us. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The neighbourhood is really exciting, with lots of cool cafés, bars, restaurants and second-hand shops. It's a neighborhood that always has exciting experiences and activities to offer and there is always something new to discover. The central located, near to Union Square with good connections to various subway lines. Tompkins Park nearby offers a great opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Check-in and check-out were completely easy. Sara was very accommodating, She inquired about our well-being, which we greatly appreciated.

Pros: Sensationally well-located apartment in walking distance of major landmarks and public transportation. Responsive and available host, cleared up any and all questions in a timely and polite manner. The apartment is cozy, perfectly sized for a short to medium stay and fully equipped with all necessary commodities.

Cons: Not an issue personally, but some reviews have mentioned noise coming from the heating pipes. Frankly, while they do occasionally make noise, it was no dealbreaker - I got used to it quickly and it didn't disturb me one bit. Besides, for an apartment located in such a central area the background city noise was remarkbly quiet.
