It Was Great

Pros: The beds were very comfortable. We did not have time to use the pool

Pros: I like the cleanliness, and the general feeling in the room. I felt good and safe.

Cons: The breakfast is expensive for what it is and the items were not that good (dry). After my initial stay (2 days during weekends), I stayed for 5 more days during the week and breakfast was not available. I strongly suggest to put up muffins and fresh coffee everyday, it would have been a really better experience if I didn't have to go searching for food before going in to work. If not, then write on your website/booking.com that restaurant is not always available... I chose your hotel because there was a restaurant in it! During my stay over the weekend, I chose a wellness room, and the bed was not as comfortable as the one in a regular room. Pros: overall i was very happy with the property. kids had fun running around and using the indoor pool since it was too cold for outdoors. room was very clean and i liked how i had access to the hall or the courtyard from room. staff was very helpful and quick to help.

Cons: only thing i didnt like was being in a handicap room where in the bathroom when taking shower water goes everywhere since there's no runoff for water. that is not an overall issue and i would stay there again

Pros: the pool is really nice and big i like that the room is spacious and has a porch

Cons: bathrooms are quite small and shower is not the best pillows are not so soft

Great for a youth sports team, would stay here again

Pros: We have stayed here in the past and like the property. The proximity to Dutch Wonderland and the pool are both great amenities.

Cons: The only thing I'm not happy with is what happened while booking my stay. On 6/27/23, I thought I was on the hotel's website checking to see if they had an additional day available on 6/29/23. I entered information and it had the wrong day, 6/27/23 I pushed the back button and thought I was off that page. When checking my email 5 minutes later, I saw an email for a confirmation for that day. I followed instructions to cancel immediately. I received an email stating it was canceled. When reading through the email, it stated no no refunds. I called the hotel and found out it was booked through priceline and then Priceline gave it to GetaRoom.Com. I called them and they said the hotel has to ok the refund. Called the hotel back and they said when the manager receives the email, he will ok it. I have not been able to get the manager on the phone or see him in person when we were staying at the hotel the next day. I have not been refunded as of this date. I was assured by hotel staff that it would be okayed to be refunded $248 for a day. I was not there and canceled right away. I received an email from priceline stating that the hotel denied the request to refund the $248, which is more than it cost if you book it through the hotel or booking.com. I believe it was fraudulent as I did not ok it and yet it took my charge card info and booked the room on my card. Until I called the hotel, it looked like I was on the hotels site, nothing about priceline or GetaRoom.com. The hotel policy is that you can get a refund up until 2 hours after the first day you are booked for, and yet this is not being refunded when it was booked erroneously and canceled within 10 minutes. Excellent stay overall.

Pros: The facility overall was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s located in a good area, close to restaurants and entertainment. When we come back, we will stay there again.

Cons: The vending machines in the hall did not accept tap to pay.

Another great stay!

Pros: We absolutely love the kids playroom!! We usually love the indoor pool too but this visit was unplanned and we didnt have swim stuff. Now that the kids are getting older, 5&6, they have imaginative play.. not just climbing and jumping.. its been fun to watch them grow and play here over the past 4 years..
