Lovely home away from home.

Pros: lots of little touches that make you feel welcome.

Just stayed for the night and was comfortable and a great choice

I highly reccomend coming with big groups! Plenty of room and nearby in the city. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Loved its old world charm with new world updates. I loved it had full size appliances and extremely well equipped and stocked kitchen. All the different spices, coffee, teas, sugars, cocoas etc. Baths were also well equipped with assorted needed items most landlords don’t even think of. Shampoos conditioners, soaps a tips lotions etc.

Cons: I preface what I’m going to say with :THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PROPERTY OR OWNER! Both were GREAT! The 2nd and 3rd floor left. bedroom, hall and baths smelled like stale cigarette and pot smoke. Maybe the previous renters smoked on the upper and lower patios and it just seeped in through the windows and doors. It is a no smoking property, some people just don’t understand that’s part of the “property” wasn’t a deal breaker by any means. The house was very clean. The neighbor next door decided to power wash his backyard just before 6:00AM. Made all kinds of racket, I was not too pleased with him since I had that back bedroom. Again, not a deal breaker for the property, probably a fluke, maybe he had no idea how early it was. Or maybe he’s oblivious! Just observation, really no bearing on the property or owner. Just trying to be honest and thorough.

Pros: Great place!!! Communication was great and the place had EVERYTHING!!! Super inviting!!!

The house was clean and we would have enjoyed the 3rd floor balcony if we had stayed longer.

Pros: The location was nice for the activities that we were attending.

Cons: Parking was an issue as we were there on a sunday night. Also the 2 hour parking limit affected us Monday. The lightning in the dining room/living room was not good as we played cards and it was hard to see the colors on the cards.

Pros: Walking distance from so many amazing restaurants. Great location.

Pros: This property was beautiful. It had a bunch of character and charm. The house was small but had so many little trinkets and things you would need while on vacation or things you may have forgotten to pack. A-plus for all of the little things the house had.

Cons: Too many stairs, but not at all a deal breaker. Only thing I would change is having a porch light at the front door entrance.
