Pros: The location was amazing because it was so close to catch the ferry into Manhattan. Also, for a super experience to eat at Enoteca Maria, just a 5 min walk!
Cons: It would be nice to have an extra mirror outside the bathroom.

Pros: Appartamento adatto a viaggiatori tranquilli. Ogni giorno per arrivare a Manhattan occorre prendere il traghetto arancione gratuito. Durante il tragitto di mezz'ora si passa davanti alla statua della Libertà e all' isola del Governatore. I gestori sono stati gentilissimi, la signora ci è addirittura venuta incontro al traghetto ,riconoscendoci per i grossi zaini che avevamo sulle spalle. Appartamento arredato all' americana, ci si immerge immediatamente nello stile di vita americano, sebbene i simpatici e disponibili gestori siano di origine ucraina.

Pros: Great location close to the ferry. Quiet. Clean. Large space. Lovely owners. Nice finishes. Great place to come to after a crazy day in the city!
Cons: The furniture layout was a bit odd. There’s a huge table that seats 10, though the place only sleeps 4-6 and there’s a smaller table in the kitchen, perfect for the space. There’s also a couch in the kitchen. The only tv was in one of the rooms, which also had a couch and the piano. It would be great if they made the center room the living room space, removed the huge table and let the bedrooms/kitchen be their own spaces. I hate to mention this because the place is otherwise great. Quiet. Clean. The people are lovely and responsive. Just odd furniture layout. Nice furniture! Odd placement. I think they might use this space for family gatherings when not rented. Oh, one more thing, there aren’t privacy curtains in the front bedroom. The house is elevated from the street and there are trees/bushes that somewhat block the view, but I still felt a little exposed at night, especially because it is a multi-family home, we weren’t the only ones on the property. No sleeping-in in that room! The sun is bright in the morning!

Pros: Host veramente molto gentile e disponibile unica pecca: una non ottimale distribuzione degli spazi end è un peccato perché l'appartamento è grande e molto bello ! La casa era pulita ma consiglierei di togliere tappeti perchè senza una pulizia professionale accumulano sporco difficile da togliere! Bagno super organizzato e super pulito!
Cons: l'esterno della casa ( giardino di in presso all'appartamento) era molto disordinato ! Non ha influito di per se sul nostro soggiorno ma sarebbe una struttura da dieci e lode messo a posto qualche dettaglio !

Pros: Cozy apartment on a safe street! Plenty of street parking near check in time which is 3, I was able to park right outside the property! Don’t come before 3 it’s right across the street from a school so the road is crowded until it lets out! Apartment is very clean and had everything I needed, and the bed is comfortable which is a big thing for me. Spoke to the owners on the way there and they are both so sweet, they were able to answer all my questions. The AC also works very very well. I loved it!
Cons: I wish there was a plug near the bed! There’s plenty of plugs around the house though. Next time I’ll just bring an extension cord and the problem will be fixed!

Great value. Comfortable.
Pros: The location was great, nice neighborhood, close to everything but also quiet. The apartment was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The place was larger than the pictures appeared.
Cons: It was hard to see the house number.
