Pros: location is very convenient, walking distance to times square and with lots of good food options around.

Cons: the terrace was not really usable

Lovely stay in manhattan :)

Pros: Everything was great and ALWAYS clean! Even the shared bathroom. Super quiet and also you hace an small fridge and coffee machine inside the room.

Pros: We enjoyed all the facilities such as a kitchen available for us to use if we wanted to cook ourselves, the bathroom with a bidet and great water pressure in the shower, and the terrace where we could sit outside during our mornings drinking a cup of tea. The location was extraordinary, and is what allowed us to see and experience as much as we did during our holiday.

Cons: The only slight minus is the drain for the shower got blocked upstairs at our level but that was just unfortunate it happened while we were there and someone came and sorted it out. There was another bathroom for us to shower in downstairs so it did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

Pros: The public area is spacious and sufficient accessories for guest to use, even allow me to store the luggage after checking out. It’s super convenient

Pros: ​I had an amazing stay at American Dream Guest House! The space was incredibly cozy, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Accommodating and comfortable place for the night.

Pros: The owner was very responsive to logistics questions and was accommodating to allow us to leave our bags prior to check-in. My travel companion and I felt very secure with the building and our room. The room was basic but clean, just as expected from the online description. We were just looking for one night accommodations near the theater district and it met our expectations.

Great Location

Pros: Loved the location! Host was very responsive. The bidet was a nice surprise!

Cons: The layout was just a little weird. The lights were wonky - one remote controls all lights in the entire unit, including the bathroom. Also, there were no washcloths for showering but there was a nice new louffa.
