Pros: The staff was amazing and welcoming. They really helped me while my flight got cancelled and I appreciate that. Great price for the location.

Cons: The bed, idk how, was tilted to one side, like the soil was sloping.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff, we could even shower after checkout before our evening flight. The room was spacious for New York standards and the bathrooms although shared, were always clean. We knew what we booked, so of course no luxury expected, but the place actually exceeded our expectations. For us the breakfast was good with bagels, spreads and cereals. It might be problematic for someone used to eat meat for breakfast. The location was perfect, close to the subway and we felt safe during day and night despite beeing a mom with a child travelling.

Cons: The only downside was the heating that was very loud at night, so we turned it off and it was still very warm. And it would be nice to have some racks to dry the towels in the rooms.

Pros: The room was very nice and spacious, and the location was really good. What I appreciated the most was the staff, they are very sociable, kind, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out. Highly recommended!!

Peaceful and warm welcoming hotel 🙏

Pros: Lovely and cozy hotel, very well located in a quiet street in Chelsea. Bedrooms are comfortable and well decorated. All team members are so kind and available. Thank you so much to all of you for your kindness, your good mood and our small talks. I loved the spirit of the place 🙏 I will come back for sure !

Pros: I would like to thank the whole crew of this Hostel- guys you are just so amazing! It was tasty, clean and so cosy! Tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet location. To me this place was everything I needed and more. I’m thankful for being your guest!

Cons: I was sleeping with open windows because it was warm but I loved this. The host also invited me to the other options.

Really good choice

Pros: The location was excellent, and the bathroom and shower were all very clean. All staffs are very friendly.

Cons: The only downside was that the sink was too small

Pros: I like everything. The breakfast was great and with a good variety of options (and they have the best fresh-made scones I ever had). The room had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom and the shower (which are shared) are kept clean and always stocked. When I pass by NY, I will definitely try to book with them again.

Pros: The staff was so kind and welcoming during my entire stay. Everything was just perfect. Fresh fruits every day, hot coffee and tea. Morning serials, cookies milk and basically everything you need + some more!
