Pros: The check in process was excellent. Very quick. This speed was appreciated.

Pros: I loved the balcony room, especially the ones in the back that looked out to the wooded area. It was really quiet and nice to sit outside and listen to the birds after a long day. I also stayed in a room with a front balcony. It was a little nosier but still fun to watch everything going on outside. The balconies are pretty private so it feels like you have your own little oasis.

Cons: The menu in the restaurant was a little pricy for the quality of food.

Pros: Great bed. Great pillows; so much so, I bought them online when I got home. Great front desk staff!! Very nice cleaning staff- friendly and helpful. Automatic window curtain. Automatic lights. Hotel was close to my doctor’s office. Beautiful pictures of Appaloosa horses.

Cons: Lots of mold in the grout on the shower floor. Took pictures of the mold. Needs a shower head in addition to the hose. Noisy heat unit. Loud bang whenever it went on. Kept startling me awake until I turned it off. Another guest was smoking on their balcony. My room stank of smoke.

Clean and so comfortable

Pros: Our room was meticulously clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Pros: The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great walk in shower. Delicious mashed potatoes. Wonderful staff.

Cons: Band or musical group in restaurant was too loud! Couldn't hear my server. Too much black pepper on the steak that I ordered.

Great Hotel!

Pros: Outside area was perfect to relax. Seating area in the lobby was very comfortable. Rooms were nicely remodeled. Staff was so inviting, polite, and helpful!

Cons: Outdoor pool was not heated. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered.

Excellent experience. Will make this my primary lodge for my buisness travels
