Amazing

Pros: The location was great. Multiple delis, restaurants, and grocery stores were close. There were also many Subway entrances within a 10-min walking distance. The people at the reception were super nice and helpful. When I was at the property early and would have had to wait 4 hours until check-in, they contacted me as soon as the room was done, so I could get in early. I actually double booked the room for one night when I was supposed to add another night to my stay, and they helped me with that as well. All in all, I cannot say anything negative about this stay.

Pros: The location and city view were amazing. The hotel overall is pretty old, but clean, stuff was welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic location, comfortable & friendly.

Pros: Great location to visit all the sites. Very comfortable room & friendly staff. Hot chocolate & marshmallows waiting when we returned from our snowy trips.

Cons: One of the two lifts was not working on a couple of days & we were on the 22nd floor, but these things happen. It didn’t spoil a great stay.

Pros: Location was perfect. All major attractions in area were in walking distance. Hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and had all nesseseties. Bed and pillows were really comfortable .

Cons: Room was a bit small and noise from hall was really loud. ( For example next room guests closing the door sounded like someone just entered into your room).

We had 3 great days in New York and chose well with this hotel which perfectly suited our needs

Pros: We liked the location and as we had our 15-year old grandson with us we needed a separate area for him to sleep, which was provided by the separate lounge area with a sofa be. We thought that for NYC the price was very good.

Cons: Nothing. Couldn’t fault it.

Great hotel for city centre stay

Cons: Staff were unsure on congestion charge as we had hired rental car
